My wife and I have been fortunate over the past few years to have built a successful luxury wedding photography company. We’ve been able to travel around the world to photograph weddings, and in this time we’ve made some great contacts with other wedding industry professionals.

Through these connections Black Tie Design Co. was born. We’re a small design & business consultancy for wedding industry professionals looking to enter the luxury market. Using both of our backgrounds, we’re able to provide these creatives with stunning branding, custom websites, fantastic copywriting, and the tools to truly set them up for success and to achieve their goals.

We’ve had some fantastic success over the relatively short lifespan of our company. We’ve spoken at events, made even more connections in industries outside of the wedding industry, and were named Design Partner by our website platform of choice, Showit.

And although I’ve had plenty of experience working with clients directly in my professional positions, I’ve now had the pleasure of learning exactly what it takes to keep the lights on in a small firm – bookkeeping, marketing, business strategy, and more.
